A lifelong source of strength and love to wife Rosalia Dawson and children Jane and husband Nick Koshell, Karen and husband Ken Conner and Dan Dawson. Loving grandfather to Sandy, Michael, Jennifer, Nicky and Janette (Koshell), Dennis and Pamela (Conner). Great-grandfather to Brittany and MeKena Galka, Rainel, Christie, Karen and Michael (Koshell), Dillon and Levi Conner and Joshua, Isaac and Micah Jackson; great great-grandfather to Benjamin Koshell.
After beginning their lives together in Orland, Wilmer and Rosie moved to Stirling City to begin their family. 16 years later they moved with their 3 children to Red Bluff, where they've spent the last 49 years.
Wilmer lived life to its fullest, riding the rails across country at the age of 18, climbing Mt. Lassen multiple times into his 80's and building Bethel Church. He will always be remembered for his reminiscing stories of lifes adventures and loving commitment to his family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at Bethel Assembly of God, 625 Luther Rd., Red Bluff.
