Gladys Marie Davis was born in Stephens County, Texas, on August 25, 1922, the daughter of Audra (Hokett) and Oscar Earl Allen.
She passed away October 27, 2013, at age 91. Gladys was a faithful member of Christ Episcopal Church and served on the Altar Guild.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Carson "Bud" Davis, Jr. and a son, Joe Carson Davis.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her children, Dolores Wilbeck, William Davis & wife, Glynda, and Sally Bosher & husband, Ron; grandchildren, Scott Wilbeck, Lee Wilbeck, Stacy Cleaveland, Brad Davis, Cara Schroeder, & Jana Berwald; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 11:00 am, Thursday, October 31, 2013, at Christ Episcopal Church in Dallas, Texas.
Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Dallas.
Visitation with the family is 6-8 pm, Wednesday, October 30, at Jaynes Funeral Chapel.
