Raymond Felix Tupa was born near Vesleyville, North Dakota on January 14, 1924. He was one of six children born to Frank and Anna Rose Novak. He went to school in Vesleyville and later to Pisek. He married Delores Stanislowski on September 28, 1957 at St. Michael's Church, Grand Forks, North Dakota. Ray and Delores had three children: James Farmer, Arnold Farmer and Raymond Cecil Tupa. Ray spent many years working for the county as a heavy equipment operator.
Ray loved to play cards and enjoyed many games with family and friends. He was a member of St. Michael's Church.
