David DuBois, 90
Sauk Centre
March 23, 1919 - Oct. 20, 2009

David DuBois, great grandpa, grandpa, father, husband, brother, banker, duck hunter, reader, proud Democrat, community booster, died at the age of 90 Tuesday, Oct, 20, at St. Michael's Hospital.

Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. and Mass at 10:30 Saturday Oct. 24th at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Sauk Centre. Afterward, family and friends will tell stories over lunch at Sauk Centre Country Club.

David worked in his family's bank, the First State Bank of Sauk Centre, and headed the insurance agency, the First State Agency. Like his father before him, he loved it so much he worked until just a few months ago.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Cecil, brother Johnny, sisters Laura and Mary, and grandson Neil. He is survived by his wife Margaret, brother Pat, children Jeanne (Thom Woodward), John and Lisa (Rick Schmitz), nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Memorials preferred to the Sauk Centre Library.

David was the most positive person on the planet. If he could, he'd give us that crooked smile (the result of polio), wink and tell us all that everything will be alright.
