Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of McGinnis & Wilhelm for Mrs. Ellen Belcher, 80, who died Friday. Interment will be in the family plot in Milwaukie cemetery. Mrs. Belcher was born in Missouri and had been a resident of Sellwood at 1426 S.E. Clatsop street, since 1909. Surviving are two daughters Mrs. Cassia Anderson, Inglewood, Cal., and Mrs. Bessie Ruffner, McMinnville; a son, Foy Belcher of Sellwood, and a sister, Mrs. Cora Bledsoe of Gower, Mo.
