Stephen Alan AXELROD, age 60, of New York City, passed away unexpectedly, on June 08, 2006 in Amsterdam. Beloved son of Mildred (Curland) AXELROD of Brookline and the late Edward AXELROD. Dear brother of Elizabeth Nomi AXELROD of Belmont and Doris Toby AXELROD and her husband Lawrence J. MARKS of Brookline. Nephew of David CURLAND of Santa Barbara, California.
Services at Temple Shalom of Newton, 175 Temple Street, West Newton, on Wednesday, June 21 at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Dedham Street, Sharon. The family will be receiving visitors on Thursday 5:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday 2:00-5:00 p.m., at the home of Doris AXELROD and Lawrence MARKS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress Street, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02210 or to Temple Shalom of Newton, Newton, MA 02465.
