SARAH 'ROSE' ALESSANDRINI
Sarah "Rose" Alessandrini, 77, of Morgantown, formerly of Charleston, died at her home on Oct. 23, 2009. Born in Pentress on June 9, 1932, she was the seventh child of the late Ira and Maude Brewer.
Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Jack F. Alessandrini, in 1990; her brothers, Charles, Claude, Frank and Tom Brewer; and her sisters, Elizabeth Brewer, Goldie Varner, Doris Eddy, Hilda Dittmer and Esther Tanner.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda White of Morgantown, Jackie Alessandrini of Lexington, Ky., Nice Cook of Charleston and Johna (Randy) Easter of Charleston; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, at Owens-Neely Funeral Home, Blacksville. A private funeral will be held in Sunset Memorial Park, Spring Hill.
