I'm a direct decedent of David M. Bozenbury. He was my great Grandfather. He was a member of the 2nd New Jersey Calvary. It says that on his tomb stone. He sustained an injury from riding a horse and collected a pension in the 1890's until his death in 1906. His second wife is buried next to him. She lived until 1944. No headstone was put on her grave. Her name was Martha Bloom Bozenbury. You have him listed in the 21st Vol. Infantry. He was never in that unit. Later in the war he enlisted in the 31st Vol Infantry with his brother Holloway Bozenbury. Holloway is buried in a church in Pattenberg NJ under a large Monument. I hope this corrects the information in the database. Sincerely: Richard Bozenbury, 1/05/2009, email [email protected]
