Cassiah was wife of Hugh Morris and the daughter of David Ralya and Rebecca Sarah (Gardner) Ralya. She was the mother of at least three children including Henry Perry Morris(1828-1928) and Rachel Polly (Morris) Wescott (1835-1916) and James Bartlett Morris (1836-1919). Hugh died between 1836 and 1847. Cassiah's death date and burial place are currently unknown. She died sometime between 1836 and 1847. Cassiah's sister, Mary, had a baby with Hugh Morris in 1830.

Hugh and Cassiah were living in Crawford County, Pennsylvania in 1830. I believe they moved to Euclid, Cuyahoga County, Ohio between 1830 and 1834. Henry was born in February 1828 in Crawford County, Pennsylvania. Rachel was born in April 1835 in Ohio and James was born in October of 1836 in Ohio. Henry and Rachel were back in Crawford County, Pennsylvania by 1847. I do not know if Hugh and Cassiah died in Ohio or if they came back to Pennyslvania before they died.
