Florence Leona Passmore, 87, of Rockford, died at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 1999 in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born July 18, 1911 in Mount Carroll, daughter of William R. and Adeline Mae (Schroepple) Fehler. Lived in Rockford since 1931. Married Thomas Passmore in Aurora on June 4, 1930; he preceded her in death.
Survivors include son, Gordon (Jeanne) Passmore of Rockford; three daughters, Betty Jack of Machesney Park, Donna (Glen) Blecker of Tallahassee, Fla., and Lois (Rod) Cain of Galena, Mo.; two sisters, Hazel Widergren of Rockford, and Alma West of Belvidere; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Services at 11 a.m. Tuesday March 23 in Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, with the Rev. William Richard Kerr Sr. officiating. Burial in North Burritt Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral from 10 a.m. to service time Tuesday.
