Services for Mr. Cotys M. Mouser, 84, Washington, D.C., were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 1991 at the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Roy Mouser and Rev. Minns Robertson officiating. Burial followed in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home Inc. of Columbia.
Mr. Mouser died Wednesday, February 6.
He was retired Chief Clerk U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vestal M. Mouser of Washington, D.C.; son, Mr. John Mouser of Lake Katrine, N.Y.; daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth M. Fellows of Silver Springs, MD; brother, Rev. Roy Mouser of Pleasant Hill, LA; sisters, Mrs. Ruby Johnston of Grayson and Mrs. Hazel Joyce of Monroe; grandchildren, Christian Mouser, Elizabeth Mouser,Cary Fellows, Andrew Fellows.
Pallbearers were John Mouser, Frank Fellows, Christian Mouser, Cary Fellows, Andrew Fellows and Edward Mouser.
