Jackie Leroy Higginbotham, 64, of Blue Mound, Kansas, died October 27, 2010 at his home.
He was born August 24, 1946 in Golden City, Missouri, the son of Walter and Maude William Higginbotham. He married Edna Pearce on December 20, 1963. She preceded him in death on March 20, 2010.
Jackie was self employed as a truck driver.
Survivors include four sons; Danny, Gaylen and Jack Higginbotham, all of Blue Mound, Kansas and Andrew Higginbotham of DeSoto, Kansas; three daughters, Teresa Gilmer of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Paula Frank of Gardner, Kansas and Lelania Miller of Pasadena, Texas; seventeen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Graveside memorial services & inurnment will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 30, 2010 at the Pleasant View Cemetery, Blue Mound, Kansas.
