She is survived by her husband Charles J. Blowers Sr.; children, Christopher, Joshua (Erica), Julie, Charles J. Jr., Douglas, and Petey Blowers; 8 Grandchildren; mother, Ruth Turk; and brother, Gary (Lisa) and Buddy Russ; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ruthann was preceded in death by her Father, Irwin Russ; brothers, Jim Russ and Larry Russ; and sister, Shirley Russ.
