SOUTH WILMINGTON-Charles Gerald "Chuck" Haddon Jr., 49, of South Wilmington, passed away Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 at Morris Hospital. He was born Oct. 2, 1958 in Joliet, IL. Charles enjoyed fishing and riding his four-wheeler. He also enjoyed corvettes and his dog Missy. Surviving are one son, Jeremy (Dayna) Haddon of Wilmington; three grandchildren, Brooklyn and Tanner Haddon and Kaylie Krumwiede; two brothers, James (Cheryl) Haddon of Plainfield and Jeffrey (Cindy) Haddon of Diamond; one sister, Shirley (Walter) Fry of Mt. Carmel; and his mother, Ethel (nee Pearce) Haddon of Mt. Carmel. Funeral services will be held at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd., South Wilmington Chapel, Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Dennis Brooks officiating. Interment will be at Braceville-Gardner Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 6 from 4-8 p.m. Memorial donations to the family would be appreciated. R.W.
