Some references say she was born March 1766.
Daughter of Maj. John Williams and Frances (Bustin) Slatter.
"She married May 29, 1794 in the home of Major John Williams."

She was one of "the seven famous Williams sisters" of North Carolina, "noted for their beauty" (per Americans of Gentle Birth and Their Ancestors, by Hannah D. Pittman), referring to their younger days. All seven married prominent men and produced noteworthy families.

The North Carolina Standard (Raleigh, NC), Wednesday, 19 FEB 1840, page 3, column 5:
COMMUNICATED.
Departed this life on Sunday Morning the 9th inst. In Nashville, N.C., Mrs. Francis Drake, consort of Jno. H. Drake Sen. In the 64th year of her age, after a short but painful illness. A fond and most affectionate wife, a mother devoted and attentive, a neighbor and friend solicitous and attached, how great must be the blank which her removal has occasioned.
Yet the memories of her virtues will live long in the hearts of all who claim her, as allied by kindred or by friendship, while the knowledge that her thoughts were not neglectful of the high and holy duties of her station as a wife, a mother, and a Christian, will sooth the agony of the bereavement in the humble hope that in the mansions of the blessed she has realized the portion of the ransomed and redeemed, a crown immortal.
