FINCH - Elizabeth S was born in Wake co, N.C., about the year 1810 or 1811 and died in Rock House Prairie, Buchanan co, Mo, 15 Oct 1870. She was the dau of Hamblin & Frances Jordan. She was married to Marmaduke D Finch in 1831; removed to Mo in 1842, and settled in Rock House Prairie, where she resided nearly all the time until her death... Pray that religion will do as much for her husband and children as it did for her. - D R Shackleford.
