ANNA M. CAPRON, 79, of Money Hill Road, Chepachet, a former bank manager and town treasurer, died Tuesday at home.
She was the wife of the late Dana W. Capron.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late William H. C. and Anna (Schobel) Just, she lived in Chepachet since 1946, previously living in Providence.
Mrs. Capron was assistant manager at Hospital Trust Bank of Warwick for 27 years, treasurer for the Town of Glocester, a clerk in the Glocester tax office, and treasurer of the Chepachet Fire District for many years, retiring in 1994.
She was a member of Chepachet Union Church, the Rodelta Club, the Eastern Star, the Chepachet Grange, and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was a former member of the Ponaganset Band Parents Association.
She is survived by two sons, a daughter, a sister, six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Susan D. Pineault*, and sister of the late Raymond W. and William A. Just.

* Susan C. Pineault, 45, died July 8, 1983, wife of Norman Pineault; survived by a son and a daughter; no place of burial listed in her obituary.
