Bath, Jun 30 — The death of Forest K. Clark occurred Wed morning, following a protracted illness. Rev. James Steegar of Howard will officiate at the funeral at the family home, near Bath at 2:30 o'clock Fri afternoon, and the remains will be placed at rest in the Oak Hill cemetery.

Mr. Clark was born and passed his life of 65 years in this vicinity, and for many years was extensively engaged in farming.

He was married in early life to Alice Burlingame by whom he is survived with three daughters, Mrs, Orren Bellows of Knoxville, PA, Mrs. Emmett Chase and Mrs. Mabel Gay of Howard: he also leaves a son, Max Clark In Cameron; and two sisters, Mrs. William Ludlam and Mrs. Frederick J. Merrick of Knoxville.
