SHREVEPORT, LA - Services will be conducted at Centuries Funeral Home Chapel for Nancy McManus, 61, of Shreveport, LA on Thursday, July 27, 2000 at 10 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Harold Bagnetto, pastor of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church, where Mrs. McManus was a member. Interment to follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Mrs. McManus entered into rest on Tuesday, July 25, 2000 at the Summitt Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was a resident of Shreveport, LA since 1968.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Loffie and Agnes Caskey, and one sister, Patricia Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Donavon McManus; one daughter, Kimberly Womack of Bossier City, LA; four sons, James Womack and wife, Lynn of Bossier City, LA, Ricky Womack and wife Trish of Gloster, LA, Kevin Womack and wife, Patricia of Newport, AR, Dale Scoggins of Haughton, LA; one step-son, Roy David McManus of Dallas, TX; three sisters, Mae Jones and husband, Willie of Heflin, LA, Shirley Austin and husband, Thomas of Nacogdoches, TX, Wilma Jones and husband, William of Winnfield, LA; two brothers, George Caskey and wife, Pat of Quitman, LA and Edward Caskey and wife, Ann of Bossier City, LA; eight grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank everyone for their care and love during this difficult time. Nancy put God first in her life and she loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all and she will be in her family's heart forever.
