William J. Brennan, Sr., a New Orleans native, aged 86 years. Resident of Metairie for the past 26 years and retired New Orleans firefighter, died Friday in Evangeline of Ormond Nursing Home in Destrehan.
Military service in World War II as a private first class in the Army receiving several medals including the WWII Victory medal.
Survivors: son: William J. Brennan, Jr; daughter: Dolores B. Rome; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
Services: Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, LA. Burial in Garden of Memories.
