Mrs. Minerva Rippeon, widow of George W. Rippeon, died at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Marion R. Coleman, near Pearl, Tuesday afternoon at 12:30 o'clock, after eight days illness, aged 79 years. She was a daughter of the late Adam and Jemima Eaves Crum, and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. William Emory Heffner, Bartonsville, and Mrs. Gordon S. Smith, Keymar. One brother, David Crum, Frederick, also survives in addition to 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the home of Mrs. Coleman, with interment Mt. Zion Cemetery, McKaig. M.R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
