ROCK FALLS - Services for Carl Lingen, 51, 1205 1st Ave., who died Tuesday night in Hines Veterans Hospital, will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday in Allen funeral home and at 9 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic church.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 o'clock Friday night in the funeral home, where friends may call.

Mr. Lingen was born in Newhaven, Ia., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Antone Lingen. During World War 2 he served in the Air Force with the 45th Fighter Squadron.

Surviving are his widow, Luella Marie; a step daughter, Judy Bohiken, Sterling; his mother, Mrs. Eva Lingen, Rochester, Minn., a brother, and three sisters.
