Joseph Tull Died This Afternoon After Being Overcome By Heat.
Joseph Tull, 52 years old, died at 12:15 o'clock this afternoon at his home, 716 Park Street, following an illness of about a week. He was overcome by the heat while working on the Waggner road for Tom Beattie about ten days ago, and had been feeling badly ever since. The immediate cause of death was poisoning due to kidney trouble.
Mr. Tull was born in Atchison county and had had lived here all of his life. Until last spring he had lived on a farm south of town. He was well known as a horse and stock trader.
His marriage to Miss Elizabeth Wharton of Atchison occurred about 22 years ago.
, Besides his widow he is survived by his eight children. Mrs. R. Carpenter, Misses Alice, Minnie, and Elizabeth Tull, and Henry, Gene, Joseph, and Forrest Tull, all of Atchison.
