Hazel Virginia was born to David Andrew and Lucy Ann Corr Ford.

She married Hammond Richard Huffman on February 11, 1942 in Upper Marlboro, Prince George's County Maryland.

She is survived by her children, Margaret A. Sandretzky and her husband Stephen of Winchester, Virginia, Richard Wayne Huffman of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and Edna "Tootie" Jane Hurley and her husband Dwight of Stephens City, Virginia, family friend, Bill L. Sacona of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
