Gustave S. Erickson, 70, 631 Warner Ave., died Sunday while visiting at Portland.
Erickson worked for David's Department Store at Moscow before moving to Lewiston in 1970.
He was born Sept. 22, 1904, in Sweden and moved to Troy as a youth.
Erickson married the former Dorthea Kelmig in Moscow on June 4, 1948.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Janel McPherson, Portland; two sons, Dr. LaVerne Erickson, Salt Lake City, and Don Erickson, Florence, Calif.; two brothers, Ruthford and Adolph, both of Troy: a sister Mrs. Arthur Johnson, Troy: and three grandsons.
The funeral will be Saturday morning at 10 at the Troy Nazarene Church. The Rev. Harold Stickney will officiate. Burial will be at the Dry Creek Cemetery in Troy.
