Lillian Maud Armstrong was born April6, 1884and died Sept. 2, 1909, in the 26th year of
her age. She was the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Armstrong at whose home, after weeks of suffering, she fell asleep. On May 1, 1907 she was united in marriage with Mr. Roy S. Dickson who is thus early bereft of his chosen companion .... Mrs. Dickson was trained for her life work in the Holton High School, from which she was graduated a few years since as the valedictorian of her class .... when about twelve years of age our friend gave her heart to Christ and united with the M. E. church. Afterwards removing with her parents to the vicinity of Denison she placed her membership with the United Presbyterian Church. About five years ago she became a member of the First
Presbyterian Church of this city in which relation she continued until called to the church above.... the funeral was conducted from the home of her parents, nine milessouthwest ofHolton ...
