OCALA - James E. Rawlings Jr., 57, a real estate property manager, died Sunday, March 16, 2003, at home under Hospice care. A native of Versailles, Ky., he moved here from Ocoee 14 months ago. Mr. Rawlings served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Rawlings, Ocala; son, James E. Rawlings III, Homosassa; daughter, Christa Ullah, Clermont; stepson, Dan Shearer, Ohio; stepdaughters, Deborah Simpson, Donna Miller and DeAnn Skinner, all of Ohio; sister, Carol Rawlings, Kentucky; brothers, Bruce Rawlings and Scott Rawlings,
both of Kentucky; and four grandchildren.
