Westbrook, Nov. 18 - Charles M McLellan, 57, of 113 Haskell Street
died this afternoon in a portland hospital following a brief Illness. He
was born at Effingham, N. H., son of the late John and Cassedana
Haskell McLellan. He came to Westbrook fifteen years ago from Smith
Mills, Standish.
He was a member of Standish Lodge, F. and A. M., and of Beulah
Chapter, O. E. S.. of this city. He was employed at the Saunders Dowel
Mllls.
He is survived, besides his wife, Mrs. Gail Winslow McLellan, by two brothers, Hugh McLellan of Westbrook and Herbert McLellan of Chicopee : two sisters, Mrs. Eva Hodgkins of White Rock and Mrs. Bertha Haley of West Buxton; a son, Edwin McLellan of Westbrook, and a granddaughter, Anne Mclellan of this city.
Private funeral services will be held.
Charles married (1) Ada May Kelley 20 Jun 1906 in Gorham ME. Charles and Ada had 2 children. Their children were Infant (1907-1907) and Edwin (1909-1942).
Charles married (2) Abigail Sturgis Winslow 05 30 1930 in ME.
