Typhoid Claims a Second Victim
The death Angel again entered the home of Mrs. Hannah White on Friday afternoon and took away the spirit of another of her daughters. Effie was the aged a little over 12 years and had suffered from Typhoid fever since the 4th of July.
On Wednesday a younger daughter, Ellen, 10 yrs. Old, died from the same disease and remains are now in the public vault in Oak Hill Cemetery. The funeral of Effie will take place at 10 am. Today from her mother’s home at 120 Washington St.
