Deloris Irene Christian was born October 19, 1940 in Chattanooga, TN and departed this life Saturday, October 5, 2013 at the Laurel Creek Health Care Center in Manchester, being 72 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Rainy & Bessie Price.
Deloris is survived by four children, Sylvia Phillips and her husband Keith of Tyner, Mary Christian of Tyner, Carl Christian and his wife Toni of Dayton, OH and Glenn Christian and his wife Norma of Dayton, OH. She is also survived by the following brothers and sisters, Ray Price of Dayton, TN, George Price of Georgia, Jackie Price of Dayton, TN, Doug Price of Louisiana, Margaret Brewer of Crossville, TN, Donna Price and Thelma Price both of Memphis, TN. Deloris was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Deloris was also preceded in death by her husband Charles Christian; by a son, Ronnie Christian and by a brother, Raney Price.
Funeral service was held 2:00PM Thursday, October 10, 2013 at the Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Brian Thomas officiating. Burial followed in the Reynolds Cemetery. Pallbearers were Keith Phillips, David Crowder, Bucky Smith, Christopher, Hiram & Leroy Christian. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
