She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Jack Mitchell in 1972; daughter, Amanda Ann Mitchell in 1989.
She is survived by her mother; sons, David Mitchell and Dr. Joe Mitchell; brother, Jack Adrian; and numerous extended family.
