Adolph Nenow Funeral Rites On Wednesday
Funeral services for Adolph Nenow, 86, lifelong Norfolk area resident, will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Pastor Milton F. Weishahn will officiate and burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. The body will lie in state Tuesday from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Home for Funerals.

Mr. Nenow died about 10:30 p.m. at a Norfolk hospital where he has been a patient since Feb. 16. He resided at 1201 S. Second St, in Norfolk prior to going to Valley View Lodge in recent years.

Mr. Nenow was born April 21, 1884, in Madison County to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Nenow and farmed for many years near Norfolk. On Jan. 3, 1907, he married Linnie Wagner at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She died Oct. 26, 1969.

Mr. Nenow was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and one sister in infancy.

Surviving are five sons and two daughters, Arthur and Herbert of Salt Lake City, Utah, Clarence and Marvin of San Diego, Calif., Adolph Jr., of Grand Island, Mrs. William (Doris) Siedschlag of Norfolk and Mrs. Wayne (Verona) Thompson of Omaha; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

Also surviving is one sister, Mrs. Ester Zohner of Tilden.
