Lucy G. Sisneros, age 79, a resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on March 21, 1998.
Lucy is survived by one son, Ralph García and his wife, Jeannie of Irvine, CA, daughters, Libby García and Jimmy Lucero, Frances Zimmerly and her husband, Juan and Betty Johnson and her husband, Mike, two brothers, Gilbert Griego and his wife, Mary and Augustin Griego and his wife, Joann, eight sisters, Tillie García and her husband, Ross, Charlotte Serna, Lena García, Ruby Martínez and her husband, Johnny, Vergie Narvaes and her husband, Skippy, Stella Sandoval and her husband, Benny, Rosemary Montoya and her husband, Tony and Bea Baca and husband, Alex of Downey, CA, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a special nephew, Richard Sánchez and his wife, Debbie and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Lucy was a member of the Catholic Church.
A rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening at, 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos NW, Albuquerque, NM, with visitation at the Church after 6:30 p.m. Gabriella Nieto will recite the rosary. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 9:00 a.m., also at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with final viewing at the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. with Father Aragón, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Santa Fé National Cemetery, Santa Fé, NM at 11:30 a.m. Pallbearers will be Richard Sánchez, Michael Johnson Jr., Jason Zimmerly, David Barton, Jerry García and Jeremy Unale. Honorary pallbearers will be Manny Jaramillo, David Zelink, Dennis Narvaez, Wayne Griego, Ernest Brugess, George Griego and Edwin Baca.
