Thomas E. Moseley 90, of 2598 Bethel Church Road; Calhoun, Kentucky died Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at the Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson. Thomas Eugene Moseley was born February 16, 1923 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Dorsey and Ethel Patterson Moseley and was married to the former Virginia Sandefur in December of 1948. Tom was a Graduate of the University of Kentucky, retired as a loan officer from Federal Land Bank, and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, a member of the Daviess County Lion's Club, and a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Virginia Moseley; three nieces and a nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 12:30 P.M. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Lester McHatton officiating. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery in Owensboro. Friends may visit with Tom's family from 9:30 A.M. until time of services Sunday at Musters in Calhoun. The Thomas E. Moseley family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Bethel Baptist Church; C/O Muster Funeral Homes; P.O. Box 160; Calhoun, Kentucky 42327.
