LeRae Findlay Hulbert, of Salt Lake City, passed away on September 20, 2013 at her home.

Lee was born December 21, 1926 to Sandall Ford Findlay and Rachel Porter Smith Findlay in Kanab, Utah.

After finishing high school in Kanab, she attended the University of Utah, where she was a member of Chi Delta Phi and Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

After graduating, she worked as a high school teacher and married Hal Hulbert. Lee and Hal were later divorced.

Lee was a vivacious, outgoing person and an avid golfer. She was known for her musical and artistic abilities and as an enthusiastic Utah Jazz fan.

Lee is survived by her sister, Kelva Findlay Frailey of Alexandra, Virginia; niece, Pamela Frailey Faggert (Donald) of Montpelier, Virginia; nephew, William Scott Frailey (Oralia) of Friendswood, Texas; great-niece, Sarah Faggert; and great-nephews, Samuel Faggert, Christopher Frailey, and Matthew Frailey.

The family will welcome friends at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, East Millcreek, on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m.
