Mrs. Agnes Boswell Cullifer, age 82, of Ozark, died July 2, 2006, in a Dothan hospital. Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Tuesday, July 4, 2006, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home of Ozark with Reverend Greg Aman and Reverend Bill Hix officiating. Interment will follow in Hartford City Cemetery, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 P. M. Tuesday until service time. Mrs. Cullifer was born October 22, 1923 in Geneva, Alabama, to the late Bertha Elizabeth Ward Boswell and Edward Calhoun Boswell. She graduated from Geneva High School and Draughn Business College in Dothan. Mrs. Cullifer worked for 40 years as a real estate broker, and had managed real estate property for Bland properties since 1989. She was a member of Ozark Baptist Church for 56 years, and a member of the Mary and Martha Sunday School Class. She enjoyed Atlanta Braves baseball, camping and traveling in their Airstream. Mrs. Cullifer was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cullifer was preceded in death by two sons, Infant Cullifer and Arthur C. "Ott" Cullifer, III, nine sisters and one brother. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Arthur C. "Ott" Cullifer, Jr. of Ozark, her daughter, Elizabeth "Liz" Weging and her husband, Gary of St. Augustine, Florida, her son, James E. Cullifer and his wife, Donna of Midland City, six grandchildren, Art Cullifer, Amy Grimes, Harrison Weging, Arthur Weging, Cindy Williams, and Chris Williams, and three great grandchildren, Brittany Cullifer, Trey Grimes, and Zack Rawlett. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Ozark Baptist Church, 282 South Union Avenue, Ozark, Alabama 36360
