John W Frick is a foreman carpenter and bridge builder with the Pennsylvania Railroad - Allegheny Division - a position he has held for nearly 40 years. For several years after his marriage he resided in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, but later moved to Verona, near Pittsburgh, where he has since lived. He and Mrs. Frick were given a memorable Golden Wedding in 1920. The author (Addison B. Bowser) had the honor of "performing the ceremony."
