Mildred loved cooking and baking, and always had cookies baked when anyone would come for a visit. She will also be remembered for her delicious apple pies with the homemade crust which she enjoyed baking.
Mildred is survived by two daughters, Maureen Nielsen, Arden Hills, MN and Aleta Volk, Webster, FL; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, Dorothy Baldwin and Mabel Bergman, and a brother, Benjamin Benzel.
