Judy Ann Stanley Riggs, 69, of Maysville died Oct. 2, 2013, at her home. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6 at Riggs family cemetery with the Rev. Terry Golden officiating. Survivors include her husband, Bernard L. Riggs; son, James "Jimmy" Richard Riggs of Rocky Point; foster daughter, Angela Yopp Johnston of Leland; brothers, Jerry Stanley of Swansboro and Bobby Stanley of Hubert; sister, Betty Pierce of Wilmington; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
