WILLIAM E. ACKERMAN
William E. Ackerman, 68, of Meyersdale R.D. 2, died Monday at his home
following an illness of nine years. He was a son of Dennis and Dora (Helwig)
Ackerman.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nora (Hittie) Ackerman, and a son, Glenn. He
was a brother of Mrs. Peter Felker, Sand Patch; Mrs. Norman Saylor, Glencoe
R.D., and Mrs. Wilson Bittner, Highland Park, Mich.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, at the Mt. Lebanon
Church, Rev. J. E. Gindlesperger officiating. Interment in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery
under the direction of Johnson & Son, Berlin morticians.
