June E. Tolbert, 76, of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania died Monday, September 19, 2005, in the Shippensburg Health Care Center.

She was born December 3, 1928, in Shippensburg, Cumberland County; she was a daughter of the late Chester T. Railing and Mildred E. Ott Railing Mooney.

She was a member of the Prince Street United Brethren Church, Shippensburg, their choir and the Willing Workers Sunday school class.

She retired in 1978 from the Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg.

She was a 1947 graduate of the Shippensburg High School.

And was active with the Friends of the Memorial Park Pool, Shippensburg, during its renovation and fund-raising events.

She is survived by her second husband, Robert E. Tolbert, and preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde E. Clugh, who died August 7, 1967; also surviving are two sons, Dennis L. Clugh of Port Orchard, Washington, and David W. Clugh of Chambersburg; two brothers, Richard C. Railing of Cleversburg and Chester T. Railing of Shippensburg; four grandchildren and one stepgranddaughter; two great-grandsons; two stepgreat-grandsons; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Robin Killian.
