She was born at Raymond, the daughter of Dwinal and Rosetta Verrill. Her family came to Gray when she was a small child. Her husband died Oct. 9, 1945.
Mrs. Witham was a member of the Gray Baptist Church and the Gray Heart Temple of Pythian Sisters, and also the George F. Shepley Relief Corp. of Gray.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Sharp of Portland and Mrs. Sumner Perley of East Gray; a son, Frank Witham of Gray; a brother, Ranson Verrill of Poland; and a sister, Rosetta Bradton of Dry Mills.
