Anne was born in to Krikor and Lucy Ailanjian. She and John Penir were married in 1945, and resided in Fresno. Anne attended Dinuba schools and Fresno's 4'Cs College. After many years of accounting, Anne made real estate her profession in 1964. She was a Broker/ Agent with Guarantee Real Estate. Anne was a member of Pilgrim Armenian Congregation Church. As a parishioner, she was active in many church organizations. Anne traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, Africa and the Holy Land. She enjoyed her theater trips to The City, her Bridge groups, reading and gardening. She was grateful for all God's blessings. Anne was preceded in death by her husband John in 1970. Anne is survived by her son Brad and his wife Naomi; granddaughter Lindsay; brother, John Ailanjian and his wife Wilhelmina; and extended family of beloved nieces and nephews and cousins. A Daughters of Vartan Service was held at Pilgrim Armenian Congregational Church.
