Mrs. Addie Cockerill Dies Here Early Today

Mrs. Addie Cockerill, 74, who moved to Washington C. H. from the New Martinsburg community, two or three years ago, died this forenoon at eight o’clock at her home, 432 East Temple street.

Mrs. Cockerell was the widow of Wooster Cockerill who died three years ago, and was born in Wapello county, Iowa, where she spent her early days.

She is survived by one niece, Mrs. Elizabeth Burns, of Chicago, who was with her at the time of her death, and one nephew, Thomas Nellisack, of Ottumwa, Iowa.

The body was taken to the R. B. Walker Funeral home in Greenfield and will remain there until 1:30 Friday afternoon when it will be removed to the M. E. Church in New Martinsburg for funeral services at three o’clock Friday afternoon. Rev. Robert Meyers, of Good Hope will conduct the services.

Interment will be made in the Cochrane cemetery.
