W. B. PENN DEAD
W. B. Penn, well known throughout South Florida as a great horse trader, has at last fallen a victim to his besetting sin. His unfortunate craving for strong drink and exposures to bad weather which followed brought on a complication of ailments of which he died this afternoon at the home of Mr. Hewett, near Twenty-second St. When sober he was genial and openhearted, but his sad fate should be a warning to the young.
