A message to friends here Tuesday conveyed the news of the sudden death of O.H. Palm, at El Paso. Mr. Palm was the husband of the former Miss Imogene Hicks of that city. At one time he was manager of the old Scarbrough & Hicks firm. The family left Rockdale some twenty-five or more years ago, going to El Paso where Mr. Palm was in business.
