McCAIN, Myra Taylor, 93, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, George A. McCain, Jr.

Mrs. McCain is survived by her two children, George A. (Patsy) McCain, III of Tallassee, Alabama, Susan (Larry) Baker of Montgomery, Alabama; five grandsons, Steven McCain of Atlanta, Georgia, Greg McCain of Chicago, Illinois, Michael (Chris) McCain of Tallassee, Alabama, John (Monica) Baker of Anniston, Alabama, Timothy Baker of Montgomery, Alabama; four great-grandchildren, Kelsey McCain, John Morgan Baker, Mitchell Baker, Amelia Baker and Britt (Sarah) Hornsby.

Serving as pall bearers will be grandsons and beloved neighbor and friend, Neal Green. Visitation will be held at Leak memory Chapel on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow in he chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Warren Culver officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. McCain was a member of Capital Heights Baptist Church. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, sweet spirit and beautiful smile.
