Mrs. Horton was a woman of gentle, womanly character, a devoted wife and mother. She would have reached the twenty-eighth milestone of life had she lived to April 27.
She is survived by her husband, five children;father, J. L. Stroud, several sisters and brothers and other relatives.
Mr. Horton lies critically ill at Belton Sanitarium. A six year old son, Curtis, is also seriously ill."
