J. R. Aycock Dies; Services Pending. James R. Aycock, 82, 118 W. Avalon St., died at his residence at 10:30 a.m. Monday following a lengthy illness. Mr. Aycock had been a resident of Longview since 1931 and was a native of Collin County. He was a retired merchant and businessman. Services are pending at Radar Funeral Home. Mr. Aycock is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Scott King of Lubbock, two sons both of Longview. He has five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
