Obituary in Bradford County Telegraph, Starke, Florida dated 28 Jan 1920 page 1 : William A. Blackwelder, 55, of Lake Butler died in Jacksonville yesterday morning at 5:15 am after a short illness. He was a native of Bradford County and had resided in Florida all of his life. The body, accompanied by C. M. Blackwelder, was forwarded to Dukes yesterday afternoon. The funeral will take place this morning at 11:00 from Oak Grove Church, and internment will be in the family lot in Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of Moulton & Kyle Funeral Home.
